  My experience with Excel Body works was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are constantly given me updates and progress of the repair. Excel Body Works made my life easy as they provided me with a courtesy car at no expense on my part. That itself was good customer service. They took care of my car as well as looked after me. The staff are amazing, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful so as Shane-the coordinator. Excellent customer service, Another thing, the completion date of the repair was a day earlier which made it so convenient on my part. I am very happy with the results of the repair. My car looks brand new again. Thanks guys!!! In future, I will never think twice...its Excel Body Works or nothing. Thanks for the complementary pen and key ring and the information leaflets.
